Identification of Barbiturates in Blood by Paper Chromatography

[摘要] A paper chromatographic method for the analysis of barbiturate in blood is presented. The Rf values and ratios of 8 standard barbiturates are given and compared with the values obtained from patients suspected of having taken barbiturate overdoses.
