Gas-chromatographic determination of dyphylline in serum and saliva.

[摘要] We describe a simple determination of dyphylline in serum and saliva by gas chromatography after solvent extraction. Dyphylline concentrations were found to be about 36% higher in saliva than in the corresponding serum.
