Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Glutethimide and Barbiturates

[摘要] A simple, rapid, quantitative method for the simultaneous analysis of barbiturates and glutethimide (2-ethyl-2-phenylglutarimide) is described. The procedure involves a single chloroform extraction from a sample buffered at pH 7.4 and requires less than an hour.
