Reaction of Sodium Aminohippurate with Folin’s Reagent

[摘要] In the Lowry method for protein, 1 mg of p -aminohippurate gives a color equivalent to 0.6 mg of protein. This method should not be used on fluids from patients receiving p -aminohippurate.
