Nomogram for Calculation of Concentration for Colorimetric Systems in which Absorbance Decreases Linearly as Concentration Increases

[摘要] A nomogram is presented for use in calculating concentrations for colorimetric systems having an inverse linear relationship between absorbance and concentration. An example is given of its use for the calculation of glucose concentration. The nomogram is sufficiently accurate for clinical use, and can be rapidly used.
