Enzyme-immunoassay.

[摘要] The bases of the different enzyme-immunoassay techniques are described and their applications to the identification and quantification of antigens, haptens, and antibodies in biological fluids are discussed. Substances for which enzyme-immunoassays have been developed are listed. The enzymes used as labels, the methods of linking them to proteins, and the methods for separating free and bound labeled material are described. The reliability and practicality of the enzyme-immunoassay methods are reviewed.
