Automated Procedure for Assay of 2,3-Diphosphoglycerate in Red Cells by Measuring Enzymatically Released Inorganic Phosphorus

[摘要] An automated technique is reported for measuring erythrocyte 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (DPG). We have automated a specific method, in which the DPG phosphatase activity of phosphoglycerate mutase is used and potentiated by phosphoglycolate. Precision, accuracy, recovery, and comparability with a reference method are discussed.
