Rapid Gas Chromatographic Measurement of Plasma Procainamide Concentration

[摘要] A gas-chromatographic method has been developed for measuring procainamide in plasma. This simple analysis can be performed in less than an hour with a standard deviation of less than 8% for concentrations of procainamide in the range that is commonly encountered in clinical practice (1-20 mg/liter).
