Automated Method for Screening Urine for Amphetamine and Some Related Primary Amines
[摘要] This paper describes an automated method for extracting and detecting amphetamine and some related primary amines in urine. In the technique the color reaction given by primary amines with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid is used, and is sufficiently sensitive to detect the excretion of therapeutic doses of amphetamine. Samples of 4 ml of urine may be analyzed at a rate of 20 samples per hour, and the method is suitable for inclusion in a multi-channel drug-screening system.
