Continuous-Recording Flame Photometry of Sodium and Potassium in Serum

[摘要] Serum sodium and potassium can be measured with a continuous-flow system that includes an AutoAnalyzer Sampler II and Proportioning Pump II, a miniature dialyzer, an Instrumentation Laboratories 143 flame photometer, and two strip-chart recorders. A simple interface allows the IL flame photometer to drive the two strip-chart recorders.
