Some Variables Which Influence the Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time Assay

[摘要] Variables that influence results in the activated partial thromboplastin time assay, are the material used as the activator, its concentration and contact time with the plasma, and varying concentrations of calcium chloride. A reliable and reproducible assay system is described.
