Rapid Method for Determination of Ascorbic Acid in Urine

[摘要] A rapid and accurate method for the determination of ascorbic acid in urine utilizing 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DCPP) is described. This method eliminates the use of washed norit and reduces the incubation period from 3 hr. to 10 min.
