A 69-Year-Old Man with Long-standing Thrombocytopenia

[摘要] A 69-year-old man presented with a long-standing thrombocytopenia and microcytic anemia. The automated platelet count was 67 × 103/μL (reference interval, 150–450 × 103/μL); therefore, EDTA-dependent pseudothrombocytopenia was excluded.
