A Procedure for Quantitative Determination of the Diaphorase Activity of Connective Tissue

[摘要] A quantitative procedure is described in which the diaphorase activity of samples with a high connective-tissue content is measured visually through determination of the decolorization time of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol in the presence of DPNH and NaCN. The decolorization time values are directly converted to standard Mahler diaphorase units.
