Some Practical Simplifications of Perspiration Electrolyte Analysis ("Sweat Test")

[摘要] A simple, practical, rapid, and effective routine system for recovery and analysis of abdominal perspiration samples is described. The results of its application to control subjects and patients with cystic fibrosis of the pancreas are reported and compared with those of other investigators.
