Effect of High Room-Temperature on Estimation of Blood Cholesterol by Bloor's Method

[摘要] Data are presented showing that in determinations of blood cholesterol in tropical climates, evaporation of solvent during filtration at room temperature (37°) is the cause of erroneous high results. Adjustment of solvent volumes is suggested to correct this.
