Hemiglobin Sodium Nitrite vs. Hemiglobin Potassium Ferricyanide
[摘要] A number of different spectrophotometric patterns have been described for methemoglobin (hemiglobin). These appear to be a function of the oxidizing agent employed. Only the 630-nm peak is common to hemiglobin formed by the addition of sodium nitrite or potassium ferricyanide to oxyhemoglobin.
