LABORATORY STUDY OF RUBBLE FOUNDATIONS FOR VERTICAL BREAKWATERS

[摘要] Laboratory tests have been conducted to determine the stability characteristics of pell-mell placed rubble of sensibly uniform shape and size used as a foundation or as toe protection for the vertical superstructure of a composite breakwater. Data are presented for the design of such breakwater foundations.
