[摘要] English:The research in this dissertation undertaken investigates the possibility of introducingclass actions into the legal framework of South Africa. The acceptance thereof, will bepromulgated by the enactment of legislation proposed by the South African LawCommission. The proposals are the result of the research undertaken by variouspersons and bodies indicating the need thereof and the acceptation of a constitutionalclass action. The acceptance of the proposals of the Law Commission is discussed andexplained as the background of the historical and comparative perspective set out in thedissertation. In conclusion the dissertation investigates the possible effect of theprocedure on specific fields of entrepreneurial law.
