OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES RICHARDS BAY HARBOUR

[摘要] The new port of Richards Bay on the east coast of South Africa (Figure 1), was officially opened in April 1976 and was mainly built for the export of bituminous coal. Exports increased from an initial 2,5 million tons per annum to 26,5 million tons per annum in 1981. Extensions are now under way to increase this further to 44 million tons per annum by 1987.
