ACCURACY OF WIND AND WAVE EVALUATION IN COASTAL REGIONS

[摘要] We have made a critical analysis of the processes and the parameters that affect the accuracy with which wind and waves can be evaluated close to coast. For each process we quantify the possible error, whenever possible complementing this with numerical tests and practical cases.
