A THREE DIMENSIONAL MODEL FOR WAVE INDUCED CURRENTS

[摘要] In this paper, a three-dimensional model which is based on the Navier-stokes equations is developed. The finite volume method and a time-splitting technique are used to solve the equations. Longshore and crossshore currents induced by waves are reproduced by the model and the results are compared with existing experimental data.
