Non infective factors associated with leukocytospermia

[摘要] OBJECTIVETo investigate non-infective factors possibly associated with leukocytospermia2. DESIGNCross sectional study3. SETTINGUnit for Human Reproduction, Universitas Tertiary Hospital in Bloemfontein4. PATIENTSA total of seventy three, (73) patients were included in the study5. OUTCOME MEASURESNon infective factors possibly associated with leukocytospermia such as smoking, alcohol use, recreational drug use and HIV infection6. RESULTSA total of 73 patients were included in the study and leukocytospermia was found in 36% (N=27/73).In the study the investigated variables were found not to be statistically significantly associated with leukocytospermia (P values>0.05).7. CONCLUSIONFrom our study, none of the variables were significantly associated with the presence of leukocytospermia
