MOVEMENTS OF MOORED SHIPS IN HARBOURS

[摘要] The paper discusses criteria for safe working and safe mooring conditions for various types of seagoing vessels. These criteria are based on acceptable movements for moored ships in harbours and have been established by a working group under the Permanent International Association of Navigation Congresses (PIANC).
