FIELD ANALYSIS OF WAVE ACTION ON BREAKWATER

[摘要] Field analysis of breakwater damage progression has been performed using monitoring programs which included both photographic and topographic surveying. Reliable information on cover blocks displacement were obtained using a metric camera and a digitizer. Measured damage was compared with those estimated using empirical formulae. A computer model, capable of predicting damage progression, has been also calibrated using in site collected data. Predicted damage has been satisfactory also for long time interval period.
