BOUSSINESQ TYPE MODELLING OF STORM SURGES

[摘要] To get a better understanding of transient stages of storm surges, this work examines the response of a Boussinesq type model to a moving low pressure system forcing, discussing results through numerical simulations in one horizontal dimension.
