HYDRAULIC ASPECTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EASTERN SCHELDT STORM SURGE BARRIER

[摘要] The paper gives an overview of the results of the evaluation studies of the hydraulic aspects of the construction of the Eastern Scheldt Storm Surge Barrier. Subjects discussed are: methods used, design filosophy, results of flow modelling, stability of rubble stone structures, local scour and morphology.
