More Intensive Hemodialysis

[摘要] Clinical outcomes have not improved substantially for patients treated with conventional thrice weekly hemodialysis. More intensive hemodialysis regimens, including daily short dialysis, and nocturnal prolonged dialysis show promise to improve morbidity and mortality. Published studies and trials underway examining these therapies are reviewed.
