[摘要] Podocyte dysfunction is linked to progressive glomerular filtration barrier failure and glomerulosclerosis. A detailed sequence of structural alterations is now used to define three general modes of podocyte damage, highlighting degenerative, inflammatory, or dysregulative pathways to glomerulosclerosis (1).
