Studies on the organic titanium Compounds

[摘要] The organic titanium compounds, Ti(OR)4 and Cl2Ti(OR)2 were prepared by adding theoretical amounts of TiCl4 to ROH in the medium of CCl4. Among the compounds of the above two types, the former Ti(OR)4was polymerized by refluxing them with R¡¤OH and water at ordinary temperature and the latter, Cl2Ti(OR)2, by adding water to them.
