The Reaction of Trimethylsilylamines and Trimethylstannylamines with Phenylisocyanate

[摘要] Trimethyldiethylaminosilane, trimethylanilinosilane, trimethyldiethylaminostannane and trimethylanilinostannane were reacted with phenylisocyanate at various temepturares. All the reactions below l00¡É gave only triphenylisocyanurate, but above 150¡É, diphenylcarbodiimide also was produced considerably. The reaction rate of anilinosilane was faster than that of aminosilane, but in the case of stannanes, the amino compound was more reactive.
