Effects of Soil Conditioner on the Erosion of Field Soil and on the Growth of Sweet Potato

[摘要] Spraying treatment of soil surface with Krilium brought a remarkable effect in controlling the erosion during the rainy season of sloped fields of diluvial soils planted with sweet potato and increased the yield of that crop. Krilium treatment promoted remarkably the formation of water stable soil aggregates, especially those larger than 2mm. in diameter, and improved the physical properties of the soil namely, for example, the porociity, the percolation and capillary movement of water the moisture holding capasity, moisture equivalent, the wilting coefficient, etc.
