The fractionated Diffusate from Winter Wheat and its Effect on Heading

[摘要] To seek the effective part of Diffusate from vernalized winter wheat, some fractionations were done. and the effect of each fraction was examined in this experiment. Ether soluble part of Diffusate promoted the heading of spring wheat ten days ealier than the control. Chromatographic fractionation and the checking of absorption spectra may be one of the keys to unveil the "floweriog hormone" which is still unknown today.
