SACCHAROMYCES PLACENTAE GOTO SP. NOV.

[摘要] In two strains of osmophilic yeast Candida placentae, the formation of smooth spherical to ellipsoidal ascospores was found. Accordingly, the present yeast is transferred to the genus Saccharomyces and named Saccharomyces placentae.
