TRANSDUCTION OF AMYLASE PRODUCTIVITY OF BACILLUS SUBTILIS BY BACTERIOPHAGE

[摘要] Amylase productivity of strain K of Bacillus subtilis was transduced to a negative mutant of the same strain by the mediation of phage SP-10. The amylase locus on the chromosome seems to be linked with the ura-cys locus.
