Colorimetric anticancer drug detection by gold nanoparticle-based DNA interstrand cross-linking

[摘要] A low-cost, convenient approach, based on gold nanoparticles and DNA interstrand cross-linking has been developed for rapid colorimetric detection of anticancer drugs. This method also provides insight into the controlled assembly of DNA superstructures.
