A fluorescein semicarbazide-based fluorescent probe for highly selective and rapid detection of hypochlorite in aqueous solution
[摘要] Fluorescein semicarbazide (1) was synthesized and developed as a novel fluorescent probe for the highly selective and rapid detection of hypochlorite (ClO−) in aqueous solution. The signaling mechanism was proposed based on ESI-MS identification of the oxidation product and captured chlorinated intermediate species.
