Trade liberalisation and human rights protection under the SADC

[摘要] Investigates how the SADC achieves tradeliberalisation and ensure human rights protection in SADC at the same time. Discusses how the right–based approach on trade can successfully be used as a tool forthe advancement of human rights in the SADC context.
