Challenges to the implementation and enforcement of socio-economic rights in Mozambique

[摘要] Mozambique is faced with severe poverty and this study examines what are the main legal and institutional challenges to the implementation and enforcement of socio-economic rights in Mozambique. The author looks at how contributions can be made to the improvement of promotion, protection, and fulfilment of socio-economic rights as well as the improvement of the rule of law and good governance in Mozambique.
