Amino acid analysis in wines by liquid chromatography : UV and fluorescence detection without sample enrichment
[摘要] ENGLISH ABSTRACT:In this study, the analysis of ammo acids usmg High Performance LiquidChromatography (HPLC) with pre-column derivatisation was optimised. Thederivatisation reagents include o-phthaldialdehyde (OPA), 9-fluorenylmethylchloroformate (FMOC) and iodoacetic acid (IDA). Detection wasperformed using UV and fluorescence in series. The developed method was utilisedfor the analysis and quantitation of amino acids in eighteen wines. The application ofchemometric data evaluation was initiated.
