[摘要] ENGLISHABSTRACT:Much has been written about the history of the MoravianChurch in South Africa and especially about Genadendal.Inthis thesis however, an effort is made by means of atemporality-pedagogic study to show the relationship, in thefield of education, between church and school.The aim of this study is to establish the contribution madeby the Moravian Church, especially in Genadendal withregards to education and schooling.
