Taxonomical, nomenclatural and chorological novelties in the genusPachira Aubl. (Bombacaceae)

[摘要] A new species,Pachira nukakicaFernández-Alonso from Amazonian Colombia is described and illustrated. Due to the transfer of six species ofBombacopsisPitt. and two ofRhodognaphalopsisRobyns toPachiraAubl., eight new combinaúons are proposed. Finally, the first records from Colombian territory of four additional species are cited.
