Morphometric study of a hybrid zone betweenArmeria beiranaandA. pubigera(Plumbaginaceae) in the Northwest of the Iberian Peninsula

[摘要] Several hybrid populations betweenArmeria beiranaFranco andA. pubigera(Desf.) Boiss. have been studied in a hybrid zone located in Carnota (A Coruña, Spain) along a coastal stretch approximately 3 km long. A morphometric multivariate analysis based on seventeen characters has shown that natural hybrids differ clearly from their progenitors and suggest that individuals from other hybrid generations besides F 1occur within the hybrid zone.
