New species of Encarsia Foerster and new records of parasitic wasps (Chalcidoidea: Aphelinidae, Encyrtidae) of whiteflies (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) from Veracruz, Mexico

A new parasitoid species, Encarsia tampicana Myartseva sp. n. (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae), reared from whitefly (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) in Veracruz, México, is described. Metaphycus aleyrodis (Myartseva & Ruíz) (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) and Eretmocerus naranjae Myartseva (Hymenoptera: Aphelinidae), reared from whiteflies (Aleyrodidae) are new records for the State of Veracruz, Mexico.
