Female and male reproductivesystem anatomy of Odontotaenius striatopunctatus is described. This passalidspecies is common inside decomposition logs in the tropical forests of Mesoamerica.The female reproductive system consists of two ovaries with two ovarioles each,two lateral oviducts, a long oviduct, a genital chamber, a bursa copulatrixand a big spermatheca with its gland. The male reproductive system consistsof two testes, each with a pair of testicular follicles and respective vas deferens,two seminal vesicles in each side, a long ductus eyaculatorius, the aedeagus,and two pairs of accessory glands. Two males were found with different numbersof testicular follicles. The spermatophore is described by first time for thefamily.
