Two New Spiders of the Genus Sarutana (Leptonetidae: Araneae) from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan
[摘要] References(12)Cited-By(1)The present paper deals with the descriptions of two new species of the genus Sarutana, S. silvicola and S. abensis. These species have following generic characters.1. The outer margins of the maxillae, in the male, are strongly concave and the same shape is found in Masirana. In Falcileptoneta and Europian species, the maxillae are normal.2. The chelicera bears 8 teeth on the promargin of fang furrow, as in S. glabla and S. kawasawai, There are 8-11 in Falcileptoneta and 10-11 in Masirana.3. In the male palp, the femur with three rows of many spines on dorsal, ventral and prolateral.4. The apical end of the retrodorsal side of palpal tibia bears a special apophysis. The apophysis, in Sarutana, divergent and the shape is the characteristic of species.5. The emboli of S. silvicola and S. abensis have many teeth, as in S. kawasawai, while Falcileptoneta and Masirana have a sickle-like emboulus.
