Corporate social responsibility and HIV/AIDS prevention at Sechaba Brewery Holdings Limited

[摘要] ENGLISH ABSTRACT: This paper investigates the perceptions of Sechaba Brewery Holdings Limited employees on corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities related to HIV/AIDS prevention in order to provide informed guidelines and to increase awareness. The results in the study have revealed a high level of awareness amongst employees on CSR activities related to HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. The comparative analysis on programme measurement and knowledge has indicated gaps in programme comprehensiveness and delivery system. Partnerships and best practices sharing are reported to be indicative of long-term sustainability and positive outcomes of the Sechaba Company HIV/AIDS programmes.
