Womanism : empowerment of the other

[摘要] ENGLISH ABSTRACT: This study explores the experience of success practiced by a variety of women whohave attained official positions of leadership in male dominated industries. Thequalitative methodology of grounded theory is used to identify, discuss and build atheoretical model of the participant's experience of success while identifying factors,characteristics and the psychosocial context enabling their success. By identifyingthese characteristics, a blueprint for other people to be successful is created. Thispaper strives to construct guidelines to empower young men and women with thefreedom to pursue the career path of their choice, in order to achieve personalfulfillment.
