Surgical Resection of Perforated Abomasal Ulcers in Calves

[摘要] Surgical resection of perforating abomasal ulcers was successful in four of ten suckling calves. Mortality, usually occurring within 48 hours, was attributed to diffuse fibrinopurulent peritonitis, toxemia and shock.
