Painful and depressing communication

[摘要] For most veterinary practitioners, the day begins with a survey of the day’s scheduled appointments, surgeries, farm calls, or combination thereof with the goal being to ensure optimum work and maximum efficiency. During one of the few times the three partners are all in their shared office space, Dr. Cormier plots the best route that will enable her to make all of her scheduled farm calls with the least amount of backtracking and Dr. Lincourt decides which patient records she wants to review before she sees the animal later that day. Meanwhile, Dr. Grassi determines the best order for the small animal surgeries on his schedule.
